We set out to make the best fried chicken in Vermont. We owe our success to years of research and testing, local farmers, our "miracle dredge", and of course, you.
We have a long history with other Vermont producers and farmers, so we try to source as much of our fresh ingredients locally. All our beef comes from right up the road.

We like to push the limits; to create sweet treats that our visitors haven't seen or even imagined. This kid friendly alternative to the tasty adult beverage is a perfect example.
